Shipping Policy
Price:
To destinations in the USA:
To save on shipping and
handling to outside of Israel, if an order weighs less
than 2 kgs. it can ship via registered Israeli mail
for a cost between $4 - $17. Generally, registered mail can take
up to approx. 2 weeks for delivery from the time it is shipped.
Please
email us (valerie@rimonstore.com) with the item(s) you would
like to order and we will send you a paypal bill for the cost of
the item(s) plus the shipping cost.
Unless otherwise
requested as mentioned above or if an order weighs more than 2
kgs. shipping costs are as follows:

Shipping charges do not include any
import taxes that may be imposed in the destination country.
Shipping rate within Israel: $12 for all orders.
The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred
as a result of inaccurate or incomplete address information or due to
actions by parties other than Rimon store.
Time:
Most items can be shipped within 3 working
days. If, for some
reason, we cannot ship within this time, we will contact you
by email within 2 workdays with an
updated shipping date.
Orders for customized or personalized items may take up to 4 weeks to
ship.
We observe Shabbat and Jewish holidays and do not work
nor ship on these
days.
All packages are assigned a unique tracking number so its whereabouts
are known at all times.
