Returns Policy
1.
Seasonal items such as
holiday gifts:
Eligibility for refunds is dependent upon our receiving the item
7 business days prior to the holiday and provided the item is
unused, unopened (i.e. returned in it's original packaging) and
sent registered mail postmarked no later than 7 days after your
receipt of the item.

Year round items:
a. If the item is unused,
unopened (i.e. returned in it's original packaging) and sent
registered mail postmarked no later than 7 days after your
receipt of the item you will be entitled to a full refund for
the cost of the item, less our shipping costs.
b. From 7 - 28 days there
will be a 20% restocking fee or you may opt to receive a credit
for the entire amount towards future purchases. In either case
our shipping costs will be deducted from the refund and the item
must be returned in its original package.
c. After 28 days we do not
accept returns.
3.
Personalized items:
May not be
returned.
4. Clearance items:
May not be returned.
Before returning an item, please contact us
at sales@rimonstore.com
explaining the reason for the return and
requesting a return authorization number.
We are sorry but items returned without an
authorization number will not be accepted.
